Find Freedom in Movement Yoga Retreat – November 9-10, 2024, San Carlos, Mexico (Limit 10 participants) Bahia Delfin Condominiums, Sonora Room

Cost $165 USD, including a freshly prepared, family-style lunch each day (Condo 233). You will also be given a stretch strap that you will use during the sessions and keep.

This two-day yoga experience with Susan Dawson Cook and Cindy Couturier will offer yoga practices and interactive sessions that improve flexibility and joint movement, release tension in your body due to emotional responses, and restore balance in these spaces. Optional hands-on and Reiki adjustments will be offered. Both days will close with a restorative yoga sequence and relaxation to leave you feeling rested and revitalized. 9-10:30– Flow Yoga Practice to release energy blockages and improve Lower Body joint range-of-motion

10:30-12:00 Workshop – Practice techniques to bring fluidity to your practice

12-1:30 Healthy Buffet Lunch Provided by Karen Delaney

  • Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
  • Mixed green salad
  • Apple celery and pecan salad
  • Carrot and raisin salad
  • Cubed cheese
  • Fresh sliced fruits

1:30-2:00 – Mantras to release the hips and pelvis and facilitate more energy flow into these spaces

2:00-3:00 – Asana practice to stretch muscles in the lower body

3:00 – 4:00 Restorative yoga, root and sacral chakra opening savasana with crystal singing bowls

2:15-3:00 – Workshop – Practice techniques to improve upper body flexibility, integrating bands and props that improve comfort and effectiveness of stretches.

3:00-4:00 – Restorative poses and deep relaxation session with crystal singing bowls
