I am a 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certified instructor. My classes are ideal for older adults and beginners. I provide detailed cueing that keeps you in tune with every posture and movement and provide modifications that you can apply when needed so that your practice is harmonious for your own body.
I teach yoga on Zoom Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-9 AM Arizona time. Monday is Gentle Yoga, Wednesday is Flow Yoga, and Friday is Yoga Plus Bands (with some resistance band training).
